 Cancellation of Course 

​

Classes can be rescheduled or canceled at the Owner's discretion. All applicants will be notified in advance if for any reason classes are to be canceled or rescheduled.  Students who withdraw from a course will not be entitled to a full refund. NO REFUND will be processed once the course is completed. In addition, any outstanding balances must be paid in full. Students who pay for courses by cash, check or credit card will be refunded through their selected refund preference. A refund will be processed if needed to the credit card that was used for the initial payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Textbooks/Course Materials: 

  • Due to the nature of our test preparation materials, terms of purchase are considered fulfilled once access is granted. There are NO REFUNDS for access to books, videos, online education, courses or materials. Once the purchase has been completed, the purchaser has received access to the material, fulfilling all terms of the purchase agreement.

In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact info@reliablecarefl.com within 3 calendar days of receiving the defective product and provide a description of the damage or other defect that renders the test prep material useless or unavailable. Additional proof may be required. Refunds or replacements may be offered at the sole discretion of Reliable Care and are non-negotiable.

If a replacement or refund of a physical product is to be offered, all items must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

 

Partial refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of the owners and all decisions are final.

 Returns by mail 

  1. Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.

  2. Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).

  3. Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you get your refund.
